Sometimes I love feel envious every time I see my friends’ wedding photo book.

They have many many wonderful captured photo moments together, on the beach, on the studio set and compiled together into 1 great photo book

I have one of my own as well but my photo book doesn’t really comes with a thick cover as well as nice book borders. Now I feel like retaking my wedding shoots and

coming out with another set. Haha. I wanna show these albums to my grandchildren one day of those priceless moments but with the quality (or lack of) of the finishing of my current wedding album, I don’t think it might last that long!

I believe the materials should be a top quality and having them in leather, buckram, linen and some even on silk. To have the wedding photo book personalised and having your photo

on the main cover is the best bet yet. I have many wonderful moments such as my wedding, class graduation, the birth of my first child, family photos and many many more that needs preserving. But I will need a company that has the best, top of the line printer that can produce very high resolution images with high gloss finishing with quality laminating service as well.

My photo book currently has folded ears and it’s such an embarrassment when displaying it on my coffee table for my guest. I heard about acid free paper which is pretty lasting and it can minimise such ‘folded end’ syndrome. The binding of these photo book is pretty crucial as well. There was once a guest of mine was browsing thru the album when 2 of the pages falls apart. Considering we just got married 3 months back, I was taken aback by the low quality of the product. Since I’m getting myself a new photo book, I’m comtemplating between having a hard cover or soft cover book. Soft cover photo book is very simple and unique while hardcover ones can be pretty heavy but durable.

Well, first you have to make sure you are well equipped when it comes to training. A pair of boxing gloves, boxing shorts and most importantly a punching bag

A punching bag will work your upper arm and biceps for those killer jabs or a knock out punch. It has to be hanged from the ceiling, suspended to a nice height for boxers to unleash those hand power like Muhammad Ali or Mike Tyson. Boxing fans will definitely remember these 2 legends

These punching bags comes in either suspended and standing bags.  There’s many good brands out there, namely Adidas & Everlast and before buying them, do consider your skill level and body weight. Different levels do required different set up of punching bags.

Once you decide on your punching bag, you should first concentrate in developing you arm power and speed in jabbing the punching bag.

Once you get hold of the the technique, you will definitely need to upgrade your punching bag to something heavier and denser.

There are a lot of different weight and sizes for different level of skills.

For me personally, I prefer a 100lb free standing punching bag as I am a experienced boxer. Since the punching bag is heavier than most, I normally use it to work my legs for more balance and power. These bags doesn’t sway much when I slam my legs or fist into them, making it the perfect punching bag for me. Oh did I mention Adidas are my favourite?

Developed in the fourteenth century, Nogaku, Noh or No, is a type of Japanese musical dramas. Its roots can be traced to the Sarugaku, the Chinese Nuo Theater. The actors and musicians of Noh never practice at any of these music school or rehearse together. Each of them practices the movement, dances and songs separately under a senior tutor.       

The traditional kagura stages are the inspiration of the traditional Noh Theater stages. Hinoki or Japanese cypress wood is the architecture material used commonly. There are four pillars to support the roof. They are placed according to some directions and each have a particular name. Shite-bashira is the back left pillar and is the point for shite to sit or stand.  Waki-bashira is the front right pillar used by Waki as the point of performance. Fue-bashira is the back right corner and used by the flute player. Metsuke-bashira is the pillar which Shite faces and is also known as the looking-pillar.

When we think about jewelry we usually picture precious metals and gemstones. While this is great for the ladies not many guys embrace the whole glitz and glamour approach to accessories. I couldn’t get my husband to wear any jewelry aside from his watch and wedding ring. He really hated the idea of wearing anything that was too shiny and showy for his character. I found titanium jewelry online and decided to try this as a masculine option to silver and gold.

The great thing about titanium jewelry (not nickel alloy) is its simplicity. The metal is very strong but not too shiny in its raw form. I found a great titanium bracelet for my husband that he will actually wear because the subtle nature of the metal. He also likes that it doesn’t have as much luster and glitz as silver and gold.

You can find items made out of this metal at just about any jeweler’s store. I chose to do my shopping online for the titanium. This approach works best for me because I can research an item without feeling pressure from a pushy sales person. The titanium jewelry I found online was vast and I was surprised by the variety of items available in this metal.

Black titanium jewelry is great because it does have great shine without the glitz. The black polished version of this metal tends to be a little more expensive than its raw counterparts. I chose to get a ring for my husband in this metal just because I wanted to see some shine but not so much that it would frighten him off.

Prices for this kind of item spans a great range and I’m still trying to figure out why. I have noticed that the less polish and shine, the less the titanium jewelry costs for the buyer. I suppose that the raw form is much easier to produce so it is naturally less expensive.

This is great news for me because my husband loves the raw titanium jewelry. I can find amazing deals on this kind of product easily. You can find great deals as well. Titanium jewelry is sold online for as low as 5 measly bucks for a watch. Of course, I did have to purchase the watch for my husband.

Now he has a regular titanium jewelry collection. I doubt that he will ever be so bold as to wear all of the items at once but it is nice to know that I have found a metal that he likes to wear. I might be pushing it if I bought a necklace for him though.

Being over weight is hard on you both mentally and physical. If you have, will power then try to lose weight? Start out by taking it slow. Don’t go hog wild since it will only make your heart race. You need to learn your limits to help you lose weight and take control of your health. If you find it still too hard to lose weight then maybe you should see if there is a local support group around so that you can join it and get the support that you need. You might want to stay away from people that do not give you support. You will need lifted up not let down.
